At Perfumecraftar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of handmade accessories and DIY craft kits. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Opened DIY craft kits may be returned only if all materials are unused and in their original packaging. Used materials cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
